Kenton - Windermere Av

Overview: Equipped with full air conditioning, a private bar, cinema screen with Atmos speaker setup all finished with a high tech control 4 smart automation system. A 5 pane bi-fold allows the building to be flooded with natural light.

Overview: Replacing a unsightly Blockwork Shed used to store junk, transforming the space to a luxury retreat for the clients to create a separate space for entertaining and relaxation away from the main house. Combining a Cinema room with a Dolby Atmos System using Focal speakers. Finished with a opulent Bar section. Incorporating a Cortizo Sliding door.

Pinner - Pinner Park

Overview: A large 30 sqm outhouse with decked pergola area. Finished internally with a TV room and sauna. 5kw Air conditioning system

Overview: An additional space to compliment the house for a home gym and separate storage area with independent access. All our external products are fire rated to minimum class B to meet building regulations when building within 1m of the boundary.
